Sam Hung

Sam Hung is an entrepreneur and real estate professional with more than two decades of experience in business and property investment. From 2003 through 2026, he owned and operated an automotive repair business, gaining extensive experience in business management, operations, and customer service.

Since 2010, Sam has been actively involved in commercial real estate, specializing in the acquisition, leasing, and management of industrial warehouse properties. His real estate experience also includes the development of single-family homes and townhomes.

Today, Sam focuses primarily on commercial real estate, investment, leasing, and development, with an emphasis on creating long-term value through well-managed properties and strategic investments.

Liliana Hung, CPA, holds a Master of Science in Accounting from The University of Texas at Dallas and is a Certified Public Accountant. During her career, she worked as an Associate at PwC, where she gained experience in private accounting and financial reporting.

Liliana brings 20 years of experience in commercial real estate management, with a focus on retail shopping centers and flex spaces. Her responsibilities have included budgeting, financial accounting, financial analysis, property operations, and overall asset management. Combining her accounting background with extensive hands-on property management experience, she provides a strong understanding of both the financial and operational aspects of commercial real estate.

Liliana is fluent in Spanish, Mandarin, and Cantonese, allowing her to effectively communicate and build relationships with a diverse range of clients, tenants, and business partners.
